Internship Description
Unexpected Moments of Magic Panama is looking for the right candidate to become their new Marketing & Social Media Intern. For the individual who is looking to gain the necessary experience in this field while at the same time becoming a part of a extraordinary team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You would be responsible for maintaining all social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Linkedin) as well initiating innovative marketing and promotional strategies for the organization. The position is a three or four-month placement with the option to work in Panama alongside the Executive Director or work from home.
**This internship position includes free lodging in the Starfish Volunteer House.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Prefer candidates to have completed a degree or be majoring in business, marketing, or communications or to have relevant work experience
- Strong working knowledge of popular social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter,YouTube, etc.)
- Well versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative and flexible
